Deposit
A deposit of £50 is payable on booking to secure the session time. Failure to pay the deposit nulls and voids the booking.
Weather
In the event of rain, the mini sessions will be rescheduled to a later date. If the rescheduled sessions are also canceled due to bad weather, a full refund will be issued or the deposit may be transferred to a full session at a later date.
Cancellation
The booking can be cancelled at any time. The deposit is non-refundable; however, it may be transferred to a full session at a mutually convenient date.
Timing
Mini session shoot times are 20 minutes. Clients should arrive 5-10 minutes early as not to be late for the shoot. Missed sessions are not extendable due to other scheduled shoots.
Numbers
Mini sessions are limited to a maximum of 8 people and should include immediate family only. Please do not bring additional individuals for photos outside of your immediate family. Mini sessions are designed for small groups and move quickly, so they are not suitable for large families or extended groups. If you need a session for a larger group, please arrange a full session instead.
Photographer cancellation + limitation of liability
If the photographer has to cancel due to reasons beyond their control (e.g. death, injury, sickness, emergency, force majeure), or in the unlikely event of a total photographic or transport failure, including equipment malfunction or any loss or damage beyond the photographer’s control, the liability of the photographer shall be limited to a full refund of the deposit paid. Digital images are backed up to guard against digital loss. However, there exists the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed for reasons beyond the photographer’s control. The photographer will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss and the client agrees that the photographer is not responsible for any damages, emotional or otherwise. The photographer has full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
