I cover Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, and North Somerset. Travel within a 30-mile radius of my home in Portishead is included. For locations beyond this, a supplementary fee of 45p per mile applies. I’m happy to travel further, so please feel free to get in touch if you’re outside these areas.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking to secure a date. Failure to pay the deposit renders the booking void. For event bookings, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost.

The booking may be canceled by the client at any time. However, the deposit is non-refundable. If needed, the session may be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date.

I will use my professional expertise, judgment, and artistic license in the choice of photographs taken. If the client has requests for specific photographs, the photographer will make every effort to accommodate these. The client understands and accepts that this may not always be possible.

All information provided by the client will be kept confidential by the photographer and used solely for the purposes of the photography.

The minimum order after a photo session is £195, which covers the cost of the smallest digital package.

If the photographer has to cancel due to reasons beyond their control (e.g. death, injury, sickness, emergency, force majeure), or in the unlikely event of a total photographic or transport failure, including equipment malfunction or any loss or damage beyond the photographer’s control, the liability of the photographer shall be limited to a full refund of the deposit paid.  Digital images are backed up to guard against digital loss. However, there exists the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed for reasons beyond the photographer’s control. The photographer will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss and the client agrees that the photographer is not responsible for any damages, emotional or otherwise. The photographer has full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Copyright is retained by the photographer at all times. All images, copies of images, or printed documentation relating to such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to copy (or allow to be copied) an image or document created as part of this contract without the permission of the photographer in writing. Digital files remain the property of the photographer. All images, copies of images, or printed documentation relating to such images, when purchased from the photographer, are for personal, non-commercial use only.
