Family & baby photography agreement

Services & Payment

Each photoshoot includes my time and expertise on the day, guidance to help you feel comfortable, and careful professional editing of your images afterwards.

Travel within 30 miles of Portishead is included. Travel beyond this is charged at 45p per mile.

For family and newborn sessions, a non-refundable session fee of £95 is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This session fee does not include digital images. After viewing your gallery, you choose the digital collection that suits you best.

Professional prints, wall art, and albums are also available to order directly from your gallery if you wish. These are optional and are purchased separately from your chosen digital collection.

All digital images include personal printing and sharing rights. Images may not be altered, edited, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

The session fee is non-refundable as it secures your photoshoot date.

If you need to reschedule, this can be arranged at a mutually agreed date.

If illness occurs within the family, the photoshoot may be postponed and rescheduled without additional fee.

In the unlikely event of photographer cancellation, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability is limited to a full refund of monies paid under this agreement.

Health & Safety

Parents or guardians remain responsible for their children’s safety during sessions.

Outdoor photoshoots are subject to weather and light conditions.

Artistic Licence & Special Requests

The photographer retains discretion over posing, editing style, and final image selection.

While special requests are welcome, they cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery & Turnaround

Proof galleries are delivered via a private online gallery within approximately two weeks of your photoshoot. During busy periods, this timeframe may vary slightly.

Final edited images will be stored for 6 months after gallery delivery. After this time, long-term archiving is not guaranteed.

Model Release & Promotion

Alison Taylor Photography may share selected images on the website, social media, or in promotional materials.

Images are never sold to third parties.

If you would prefer that some or all of your images are not shared publicly, please notify me in writing after viewing your gallery, and your wishes will be respected.

Copyright & Usage

Alison Taylor Photography retains copyright of all images.

Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights. Images may be printed, displayed, and shared online provided they are not altered.

Commercial use requires written permission.

Liability & Indemnity

While every reasonable care is taken, Alison Taylor Photography is not liable for indirect, consequential, or emotional loss resulting from equipment failure, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Liability under this agreement is limited to the total amount paid.
