Hi there! I’m Alison. I am a newborn photographer based near Bristol. I specialise in natural home newborn and baby photography. With over ten years experience, I know how to capture beautiful natural photos that you will love forever.
Home newborn sessions are completely baby-led, focused on capturing the quiet connection and love that fill those early days.

Every baby is different, and each session flows entirely around their needs - feeding, cuddling, settling, or taking breaks whenever you need to. I work with soft natural light, gentle guidance, and a relaxed pace that keeps everything comfortable for you and your baby. Genuine connection and honest moments, captured quietly in your own home.

How my newborn photography sessions work
My newborn photography sessions are very relaxed. I spend an hour or two with you allowing the photos to unfold at a gentle pace. A couple of weeks after your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery containing around 40 beautifully edited images to view, share and choose from. FIND OUT MORE
When to book
You’re welcome to book at any stage during pregnancy so I can pencil in your due date. Once your baby arrives, we’ll choose a day that feels right for you - usually within the first couple of weeks, while they’re still tiny and sleepy. But there’s no rush. If a few weeks pass before you feel ready, that’s fine too. Older newborns and young babies bring just as much warmth and character to their photos.
