The first few weeks and months of your baby’s life are some of the most special and unforgettable in your life. From the first time you hold them in your arms to the moment they take their first steps, these precious memories are ones you will want to hold onto forever.
My approach is natural and relaxed, ensuring that your images reflect genuine emotions and connections. During the shoot, I help you to find the best light and angles for great photos and focus on capturing natural interactions as well as some individual portraits. A couple of weeks after your photo session, you will receive a collection of around 40 images to enjoy and choose from!
I’ve photographed dozens of newborn sessions at home across Bristol and Bath - each one different, from calm sleepy mornings to bright, giggly afternoons!
HOW IT WORKS!
#1 Book
Get in touch and I’ll pencil in a date for around a week or two after your due date. This gives us a good starting point, and we can adjust if your baby arrives earlier or later. I’ll send over a booking form and some simple tips to help you prepare, so you feel confident and relaxed.
#2 Photoshoot
We’ll go at your baby’s pace with time for feeds, nappy changes, and cuddles whenever needed. I’ll gently guide you into a few natural poses while also capturing all the little in-between moments that make your family unique. Your baby’s comfort and safety are always my top priority - sessions are calm, baby-led, and never rushed.
#3 Gallery
Within about two weeks, you’ll get a link to your own private online gallery. You can take your time looking through a collection of around 40 hand-edited images, revisiting them as often as you like.
#4 Choose
Choose your favourite images from the gallery. You’re welcome to order from my range of high-quality prints and products, or you can simply download the digital files and arrange your own printing - whatever suits you best.

A session fee of £125 covers travel to and from your location, and my time & experience during your session.
After your session, I will edit your photos and send you a private online gallery, so that you can easily view your collection of images. From there, I offer the following digital packages (these form the base of every order).

TWENTY edited high-resolution IMAGES £250
TEN edited high-resolution IMAGES £200

I cover Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Southeast Wales. All travel within a 30-mile radius of Portishead (my home) is included. I can travel further so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’re not in the areas above.

I don’t use a studio. I come to you. Home sessions keep things relaxed and natural, using soft window light and your own spaces. I bring a small, unobtrusive kit if needed and I’m used to working in small rooms; a tidy corner near a window is perfect. Newborn sessions are baby-led with plenty of time for feeds and cuddles.

Your session fee is required at the time of booking in order to secure a session date for you. Please see above for pricing details.

Most newborn and baby sessions last between one and two hours. We go entirely at your baby’s pace, with plenty of time for feeds, nappy changes, and cuddles whenever needed.

I am happy to reschedule your photoshoot to another date at no extra cost. Please try to give me as much notice as possible.

You’ll receive a mix of both color and black and white photos, carefully chosen to suit each image and bring out its best qualities.
