I’m Alison, I photograph weddings all over Bristol, Bath, Somerset and Gloucestershire, and no two are ever the same. Each one has its own rhythm - the laughter, the quiet glances, the emotion, and all the little moments that make the day yours.
My style is natural and relaxed. I won’t ask you to stand in awkward poses or smile until your cheeks ache. Instead, I quietly blend in and photograph your day as it actually happens - the smiles, the laughter, and the gentle moments of connection that tell the real story of your wedding.
Alongside the candid storytelling, I always take a little time for beautiful, natural couple portraits. Just the two of you together, a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect in the middle of it all.
Good wedding photography isn’t about endless direction or chasing perfection. It’s about feeling something when you look back. You should be able to see your photos years from now and be right back there, remembering the smell of the confetti, the sound of the speeches, or a moment you didn’t realise was important until you looked back.
However you’re celebrating - an intimate ceremony, a relaxed garden gathering, or a big party with all your favourite people, I’ll capture it naturally, so you can remember not just how it looked, but how it felt.

Yes, while many of my weddings are in Bristol, Bath, and Somerset, I also regularly travel across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds. If your venue is a little further afield, just let me know and we can work out the details.

I offer three packages depending on how much of your day you’d like covered. You’ll find details above in the pricing section. You receive your full online gallery within around four weeks of your wedding.

Your full gallery will be ready within 3–8 weeks, depending on the time of year and the length of your coverage.

On average, I deliver around 50 edited photos per hour of coverage. For a full-day wedding, that usually works out at several hundred images. Every wedding is different, but I always make sure you receive a complete story of your day rather than limiting the number of photos.

Yes, travel within Bristol, Bath, Somerset, and Gloucestershire is included. If your venue is further afield, just let me know and I’ll confirm any additional travel costs in advance.

Yes, I offer wedding albums and a range of professional prints. Many couples love having a physical album as a keepsake alongside their online gallery.

The majority of your gallery will be in colour, but I also include a selection of black and white edits where it suits the mood or moment. If you have a preference, just let me know.

To secure your date, I ask for a deposit of 25%. The remaining balance is due closer to your wedding day. Once that’s in place, your date is fully reserved in my calendar.

Over the years I’ve photographed weddings in barns, gardens, Georgian townhouses, city halls, and countryside venues across the region — each one completely unique. Some favourite venues include Priston Mill, Wick Farm, Guildhall Bath, Berwick Lodge, Old Down Estate, Berkeley Castle.
