Hi, I’m Alison, a wedding photographer, documenting the fun and romance of wedding days in an elegant, relaxed style. I’ve been photographing weddings all over Bristol, Bath, Somerset and Gloucestershire for over ten years and always love getting to know each couple and telling their story in a way that feels honest, effortless, and true to them.
From rustic barns to elegant manor houses, my approach is always the same - relaxed and unobtrusive, capturing moments as they happen.
My approach balances discreet documentary wedding photography with relaxed, stylish portraits, giving you images that feel both natural and refined. I photograph your day as it happens - the laughter, the moments of connection, the emotion, and bring these together with guided portraits and lovely details to create a beautiful visual story.
Most of the couples I work with tell me they’re not comfortable in front of the camera - my job is to help you forget it’s even there.
Years from now, I want you to look back at your photos and be able to remember the laughter during the speeches, the confetti in the air, or a small moment you didn’t even notice at the time.
However you’re celebrating, whether it’s a quiet ceremony, a garden gathering, or a big party with everyone you love, I’ll photograph it as it unfolds, so your photos bring the day back to you just as it happened.

Yes, while many of my weddings are in Bristol, Bath, and Somerset, I also regularly travel across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds. If your venue is a little further afield, just let me know and we can work out the details.

I offer three packages depending on how much of your day you’d like covered. You’ll find details above in the pricing section.

Your full gallery will be ready within 3–8 weeks, depending on the time of year and the length of your coverage.

On average, I deliver around 50 edited photos per hour of coverage. For a full-day wedding, that usually works out at several hundred images. Every wedding is different, but I always make sure you receive a complete story of your day rather than limiting the number of photos.

Yes, travel within Bristol, Bath, Somerset, and Gloucestershire is included. If your venue is further afield, just let me know and I’ll confirm any additional travel costs in advance.

Yes, I offer wedding albums and a range of professional prints. Many couples love having a physical album as a keepsake alongside their online gallery.

The majority of your gallery will be in colour, but I also include a selection of black and white edits where it suits the mood or moment. If you have a preference, just let me know.

To secure your date, I ask for a deposit of 25%. The remaining balance is due closer to your wedding day. Once that’s in place, your date is fully reserved in my calendar.
