Family life moves quickly. One minute they’re small enough to scoop up, the next they’re racing ahead. My sessions are about pressing pause for an hour - slowing things down, laughing together, and capturing your family as you are right now. Years from now, you’ll have these moments to look back on and remember what this stage felt like.
I’m Alison, a family photographer based near Bristol. I have been creating natural, timeless images for families across Bath and Somerset for over ten years. I work across the city and beyond - Bathampton, Bathford, Saltford, Keynsham at home or outdoors. You enjoy time with your favourite people, I take care of the rest.

Bath has so many lovely spots for family photography, from open green spaces to quiet corners in the city. Some favourites include Royal Victoria Park and the Botanical Gardens with their trees, winding paths and beautiful light, the sweeping views and meadows of Alexandra Park, the open countryside of Bathampton Meadows, and the rolling hills and woodland walks around Claverton Down. Or we can keep things simple and stay at your home, in your garden, or at your children’s favourite park — wherever your family feels most at ease.
How it works
