My photo sessions give children the freedom to be themselves whether that means exploring, playing, or simply staying close to you.
I photograph the laughter, the moments of connection and the emotion, bringing these together with a few gently guided portraits and the small details that help tell the story of your time together.

What happens during a family photoshoot?
Some families prefer the comfort of home, while others enjoy heading to a local park or green space. Both work beautifully and help keep the photos relaxed and natural.
Your photoshoot lasts around an hour and is more like a gentle family walk together. There’s no pressure to pose or perform. I allow plenty of time for children to explore and interact in their own way.
These photo sessions work well for families with babies, toddlers, and young children, and are planned around real life — energy levels, naps, and the natural rhythm of family life.

I regularly photograph families across Gloucestershire but mainly in the South Glos region: Berkeley, Thornbury, Wootton-under-Edge, Kingswood, Yate, Dursley, Chipping Sodbury, Winterbourne, Almondsbury, Frampton Cotterell, Tockington, Frampton on Severn, Tortworth, Gloucester & Stroud.
How much does a family photoshoot in Gloucestershire cost?
My family photoshoots are £95. After your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery with 40+ beautifully edited photographs to view in your own time. From there, you can choose the collection that feels right for you.
Family photoshoot locations in Gloucestershire
Across South Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas, there are so many beautiful spots for relaxed family photos. We might explore open countryside near Yate and Chipping Sodbury, wander through woodland paths around Thornbury, or find quiet green spaces close to Winterbourne and Bradley Stoke.
If you love the rolling hills and riversides near Stroud or Gloucester, those can make wonderful backdrops too.
And of course, it doesn’t have to be somewhere grand. Some of the loveliest sessions happen at home — in your garden, at a nearby park, or somewhere your children already feel happy and at ease. Familiar places often create the most natural, connected images.

I’ve been photographing all kinds of families for over a decade now, working with parents who want natural relaxed photos of their family.
As a mum myself, I understand how quickly these stages pass and how important it is to capture them without adding pressure or expectation.
I live in North Somerset and spend most of my time either at home with my own family or at work with other families, which means I’m very used to the realities of family life - the unpredictability, the noise, the quiet moments, and everything in between. That familiarity allows me to work calmly and intuitively, creating photographs that feel honest, comfortable, and reflective of your family as you are right now.
