I’ve been photographing families across Bristol, Bath and Somerset for over a decade now, creating sessions that feel natural, relaxed and full of genuine connection. Sometimes that means your local park, playing in the woods, or simply spending time at home - wherever you feel most comfortable. There’s no pressure to perform or pose perfectly. The focus is always on the real moments as they unfold, with a few timeless portraits gently woven in along the way. The kind of photographs that become part of your family’s story, and a reminder of how your family felt at this moment in time.
How it works
Book
Get in touch and we’ll find a date for your session. I can come to your home or garden, or we can meet at a favourite park, woodland spot, or somewhere that feels meaningful to your family.
Meet
I’ll spend around an hour with your family, gently guiding you to make the most of the light and surroundings. The session is relaxed and natural, with plenty of space for play, movement, and genuine interaction — helping everyone feel at ease and allowing real moments to unfold.
Gallery
Once the session is over, my work continues. Each image is carefully edited, and around two weeks later you’ll receive a private online gallery to view and share.
Choose
After viewing your gallery, you can choose a digital photo package, from 10 images through to the full gallery. I also offer a selection of beautiful, professional products if you’d like help turning your photographs into prints or albums.
If you prefer to organise your own printing, that’s absolutely fine too — your images come with permission for personal printing and keepsakes.

Weekend availability is limited, so early booking is recommended.

A cosy, relaxed indoor session in your home — ideal for winter months.
Your home doesn’t need to be perfect. I work with natural light and simple spaces to create warm, genuine images in any home.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I cover Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Southeast Wales. All travel within a 30-mile radius of Portishead (my home) is included. I can travel further so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’re not in the areas above.

All my work is done on location. I specialise in capturing natural, authentic moments in outdoor settings like parks, woods and fields. If you’d rather have a more relaxed and personal setting, I can also come to your home for a comfortable, familiar environment.

Your session fee is required at the time of booking to secure a date for you. Please see family pricing above for package details.

If the weather is unsuitable on the day of your photoshoot, don’t worry! We’ll reschedule at no extra cost. While an overcast day works perfectly fine, we’ll rearrange if it’s pouring with rain to ensure the best conditions for your session.

I am happy to reschedule your photoshoot to another date at no extra cost. Please try to give me as much notice as possible.

You’ll receive a mix of both color and black and white photos, carefully chosen to suit each image and bring out its best qualities.
