A family photoshoot in Bath for a little 10 month old boy
I recently photographed a lovely family in their beautiful Bath townhouse with their 10-month-old son. At this age, babies are full of curiosity and personality, and it’s such a wonderful stage to capture.
We began indoors, where it was warm and comfortable for everyone. Their little boy was very happy trying out his new standing skills, looking out of the tall windows, and pausing to investigate anything that caught his interest.
His mum and dad brought out a favourite book, chatted to him, and played with him in the natural way they do every day. Those simple moments – reading together, laughing, cuddling often create the most genuine photographs.
Photoshoots at home like this capture a family exactly as they are in the place they live, the routines they share, and the small everyday moments that mean the most.
