Personal branding photographer in Bath — pilates branding session at The Art Pad
I recently met up with Freya at The Art Pad in Bath for a personal branding session ahead of the launch of her pilates business.
Freya wanted a set of images she could use across her website and social media — a mix of her in action and some more relaxed portraits that showed her personality as well as what she does. It's something I love shooting, because it's all about making someone feel comfortable and letting the images come together naturally, which is very much how I work anyway.
The Art Pad was a gorgeous space for it. Tall arched windows, wooden floors, loads of natural light — it gave the whole session a really clean, calm feel that suited Freya's brand perfectly. We didn't need to bring much in at all. Just her mat, a few props, and the light did the rest.
We worked through a mix of pilates movements, some close-up detail shots, and then finished with a few simpler portraits. Freya was brilliant — she relaxed into it quickly and everything flowed really naturally once we got going.
If you're starting a new business or refreshing your brand and need images that actually look and feel like you, a personal branding session is a great place to start. I keep things relaxed and guided, so even if you're not used to being in front of the camera, you'll feel at ease.
I shoot branding sessions across Bath, Bristol and the surrounding areas. If you'd like to find out more or have a chat about what you're looking for, feel free to get in touch.
